What products does MD Labels offer?
The MD Labels printing house mainly produces white and colored self-adhesive labels, as well as corrugated fiberboard boxes and cosmetic sachets. We specialize in the production of PREMIUM color self-adhesive labels. We print the highest quality digital labels on the UV inkjet MARK ANDY Digital Series P7 printer, as well as on the AccurioLabel230- KonicaMinola’s toner-based digital label press, which prints in resolutions ranging from 600 to 1200 dpi.
Is it possible to request a test page before processing the order?
We print test pages at the customer’s request. We advise you to request a test page before ordering.
What raw materials are does the printing house have to offer?
We offer a wide range of raw materials that differ not only in terms of material used (paper, foil), but also in the adhesive used (acrylic, rubber cement) and the available colours (white, metallized, or kraft raw materials.) We invite you to contact our sales department to help choose the raw material that is best for you. We order selected raw materials upon clients’ request.
What kinds of refinements do you offer?
We offer the following refinements:

Ordering Process
What information is needed for valuation?
The following information is required to place an order:
- Number of labels needed
- Format
- Winding direction
- Type of raw material
- Colour
- Possible kinds of refinements
How much time does it take for the order to be fulfilled?
Order fulfilment time is counted from the moment the production card is accepted. For prepaid orders, the order fulfilment time is counted after receiving payment.
How can I place an order?

What is meant by winding direction?
Winding direction is referred to the label placement when winded on a roll. This is important for to establish when planning to use a machine, as labels will need to be applied in a specific direction on the product (e.g. a jar.) If the labels are applied by hand, the winding direction will typically not matter.
Is it possible to specify the label's winding direction?

How many labels are wound on the roll?
The customer should specify the preferred number of labels wound on the roll when placing an order.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made by bank transfer (please refer to the proforma invoice.) The order begins processing once the payment transaction goes through. If the printing house has designated you a Regular Customer, you may be given a deferred payment date.
How will I receive the invoice?
A paper copy of the VAT invoice is included in the shipment. The invoice can also be sent electronically by request.
Can we receive an invoice with deferred payment?
We typically require prepayment for your first order. For subsequent orders, it is possible to postpone the payment date. For more information, please contact the sales department.
Files and Designs
Do you offer design creation?
We do provide label design services at an additional charge.
How do I send files or materials for the graphic design?
Files smaller than 30 MB can be sent as an e-mail attachment. Larger files should be uploaded using file sharing services.
In what format should the files be sent?
Files in PDF format are preferred, but we also accept AI and CDR files (from version 17).
Pick-Up and Delivery
Can I pick up my order in person?
You can pick up the package at our Headquarters in Kalisz, Poland on ul. Chocimska 2.
Can I send my courier to pick up the order?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact our sales department to arrange a pickup date.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, shipments are made via UPS couriers. Foreign shipping costs are calculated individually. The price depends on the destination and the weight of the shipment.
Complaints
How do I file a complaint?
Please email biuro@mdlabels.pl if you have any complaints.
What is the deadline for filing complaints?
You have 14 days to file a complaint, however, we try to address complaints on the first day. In certain situations, it may be necessary to conduct external consultations or additional testing. If so, it may take longer to investigate the complaint.
